These Terms of Service (“Terms”) cover your use of the Gonzalez Commodity Enterprises website and any inquiry you send through it. They are not a brokerage agreement, a sale contract, or a promise that a particular cargo will move.

“We,” “us,” and “our” mean Gonzalez Commodity Enterprises, Corp., at 8605 Santa Monica Blvd PMB 331698, Los Angeles, CA 90069. Questions about these Terms go to Privacy@GonzalezEnterprises.us.

1. Acceptance

By using the website, or by sending us an inquiry, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you are writing for a company, you confirm that you are allowed to do so.

2. What this website is

Gonzalez Commodity Enterprises introduces buyers and sellers of physical commodities, including energy, precious metals, and agricultural goods, and helps arrange the logistics those parties need. The pages here describe that work. They are not an offer to sell a commodity, and they are not a listing of a specific cargo.

We are not the producer of the goods, and we do not take title to them. A transaction, if one goes ahead, is between the principals, on documents those principals agree to. Nothing on this website creates that agreement by itself.

3. An inquiry is not a mandate

The form opens an email to info@GonzalezEnterprises.us. Sending it, or writing to us any other way, starts a conversation. It does not appoint us, does not reserve a product, and does not require either side to proceed. We may decline an inquiry, or stop a conversation, at any time.

4. Who may use the site

The website is for people who are at least 18 and who are inquiring in a business capacity. If that is not you, please do not use it.

5. What you tell us

You agree that:

• The name, company, and role you give are accurate.
• You will not present a cargo, a title, or an authority you do not have.
• You will tell us promptly if something you already sent is no longer true.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the website or an inquiry to:

• Misstate a product, a volume, a party, or your authority.
• Move a transaction around sanctions, or to conceal the source or destination of funds or goods.
• Interfere with the site, or attempt to get at information that is not yours.
• Send anything unlawful.

We may refuse or end access if these lines are crossed.

7. Fees

This website does not take payment. If a commercial arrangement is agreed later, the fees and the terms of that arrangement will be in a separate writing. Until that writing exists, neither side owes the other a fee because of a visit or an email.

8. Intellectual property

The site, the logo, the wording, and the photographs are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy them for your own commercial use without written consent. You keep ownership of what you send us. You allow us to use it to answer you and, if you ask, to carry an introduction forward.

9. No warranty

The website is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that a counterparty will be found, or that a commodity, a document, or a shipment is as someone has described it. Market information on the pages is general. It is not trading, legal, or tax advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or a deal that does not close, arising out of your use of the website or an inquiry. Our total liability arising out of the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. Some places do not allow these limits. Where they do not, the limit is the smallest the law allows.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that relate to the website or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to that venue.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the website after that date means you accept the update. A separate written agreement for a particular transaction controls over these Terms if the two conflict.
