Gonzalez Commodity Enterprises, Corp. (“Gonzalez Commodity Enterprises,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the information people send us. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or write to us about an introduction in energy, precious metals, or agricultural commodities, and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what a conversation like this actually needs.

What you send us

• Your name, company, and the role you hold.
• The commodity in question, and the note you write about volume, timing, or logistics.
• Anything further you include in email after that first note.

The form on this site does not save what you type on our servers. It opens your own email application, addressed to info@GonzalezEnterprises.us. We receive the message only if you send it.

What the site itself sees

We do not run accounts, and we do not use advertising cookies or sell a profile of visitors. Our host may keep ordinary server logs, such as an IP address, the time of a visit, and the page requested, so the site can stay online.

2. How we use it

• To answer you.
• To understand the commodity, the parties, and the movement you are asking about.
• To decide whether an introduction or a logistics arrangement is something we will take on.
• To keep a record of that correspondence.
• To meet a legal duty, including checks required before a transaction moves forward.

3. How we share it

We do not sell personal information. We share it only in these cases:

• With the people who host this website and our email, so those services can run.
• With a buyer, a seller, or their representative, when you have asked us to make that introduction and the detail is needed for it.
• With advisers or authorities when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
• If the business itself is sold or reorganized, and the records go with it.
• When you ask us to share it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep correspondence while a matter is open, and afterward for as long as we need it for our records, generally up to seven years after the last message, unless a longer period is required. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or reduce it so it no longer identifies you.

5. Your choices, including California

You may ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. We will not treat you differently for asking. If you are a California resident, those requests include the rights to know, delete, and correct under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Write to Privacy@GonzalezEnterprises.us with “Privacy rights request” in the subject. We will confirm it is you, and we will answer within 45 days, or tell you if we need more time. An agent may write for you if they show authority to do so.

6. Security

We use reasonable care to protect what you send. Email is not a sealed channel, and no website is free of risk. Please do not put account numbers, passport scans, or other highly sensitive documents in a first inquiry.

7. Children

This website is for commercial inquiries. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. The version you are reading is the one that applies.
